Olive oil, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, and spices are combined with air-fried Brussels sprouts then roasted to perfection! An easy, healthful side dish with delicate insides and crispy outsides!
Ingredients
Take off the upper leaves and trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts. Then, cut them in half lengthwise.
In a big bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts with everything else except the panko and parmesan. Make sure the Brussels sprouts are completely covered in the mixture.
Place the vegetables in the basket of the air fryer and cook them for six minutes at a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
The timer on the air fryer has expired. After opening it up, proceed to add the pork panko crumbs and parmesan cheese, and then combine the two ingredients.
Fry them in the air fryer for a further six to eight minutes, or until they reach the desired level of crispiness.
Before serving, sprinkle the top with some additional shredded Parmesan and fresh parsley that has been chopped.
