Chicken Thighs cooked in an air fryer with a tasty, crunchy skin and juicy, soft meat. This is a great, simple dinner for the week!
INGREDIENTS
– 1.5 lbs. bone in, skin on chicken thighs (about 5-6 thighs)– 1 teaspoon olive oil– 1 Tablespoon homemade chicken seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
If your air fryer says to heat it up first, do so to 375 degrees. If not, move on to step 2.
Step 1
Wipe the chicken dry, and then use cooking spray or a light brush to coat it in olive oil.
Step 2
Spices should stick with just the right amount of oil. Season the chicken all over with the spice mix.
Step 3
Place the chicken in the air fryer so that it is all in one layer. Make sure there is space around the chicken on all sides so that air can flow.
Step 4
For 10 minutes, air fry the chicken. Then, flip it over and fry for another 6 to 8 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the deepest part of the meat reads 165 degrees.
Step 5
If you need to, do it again with the rest of the chicken legs.
