Apple Cinnamon Muffins Recipe

This is a simple recipe for apple cinnamon muffins that are great for apple season. A great fall breakfast to take with you. 

INGREDIENTS

– 2 Cups of Flour – 1 1/4 Cup of Sugar – 2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt – 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon – 1/2 Cup of Milk – 2 Egg – 1 Cup of Finely Diced Apple – 1/2 Cup of Melted Butter – 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Warm the oven up to 350 degrees. Use cup cake liners to line muffin pans.

Step 1

The flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt were mixed together in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 2

In a sequential manner, add the milk and eggs. Then, whisk in the vanilla extract and melted butter.

Step 3

Mix in the apple pieces chopped. Once the batter has been poured into the muffin tins, sprinkle the tops with sugar and cinnamon.

Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes.
