Baked Spaghetti Squash Recipe

Our favorite part about spaghetti squash is that it's wonderful for those of us who often throw away vegetables before utilizing it. 

Ingredient

– 1 large spaghetti squash – 2 teaspoons avocado oil – ½ teaspoon garlic granule – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper

Direction

The oven should be preheated at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Take the ends off of the squash and cut it into rings that are one inch in diameter and crosswise.

Each of the rings has to have the seeds extracted from it.

The rings should be placed on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.

Use half of the oil to coat each ring, and then use half of the spices to cover them.

Flip the rings and add the remaining oil and spices halfway through baking the squash for 30 minutes.
