Best Chicken Croquettes Recipe 

French-fried chicken croquettes contain chicken, seasonings, butter, flour, and milk. Crunchy egg-dipped, breaded cylinder filler. Making vegetable potato-corn cheese croquettes. Video and photos show crispy chicken croquettes. 


– 3 tbsp Butter – 1 medium Onion chopped very finely – ½ no Capsicum | Bell Pepper chopped very finely – 1 no Green Chilli chopped finely – 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp Chilli powder – 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped finely – Salt & Black Pepper to taste – 4 tbsp Plain Flour or Wheat Flour – 1 cup Milk – ¼ kg Chicken (cooked & shredded) – Oil for shallow frying For Breading Station – 2 cups Breadcrumbs (I used panko) – 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour | Wheat Flour – 2 large Egg


Sauté onions, chilli, and capsicum in butter in a kadai for 2 minutes. Ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves should be mixed well. 

Step 1

Chili powder, salt, and pepper should be mixed in. Fry flour for a few minutes till raw smell disappears. 

Step 2

Pour milk slowly and mix to avoid lumps. Cook the prepared chicken till its combined. Put this in a basin and refrigerate. Chill for 30 minutes. 

Step 3

Shape little amounts of this into ovals or your preferred shapes. Now coat the croquettes with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Continue until the batter is finished. 

Step 4

Now cook croquettes in oil until brown on all sides. Use paper towels to strain. Serve ketchup or mayo.
