Brie-Stuffed Turkey Meatballs Recipe


Brie-Stuffed Meatballs are moist turkey meatballs with a delicious brie cheese surprise! They make a tasty party appetizer or entree with pasta or vegetables.



– 1 lb. ground turkey – 1 large egg – ⅓ cup panko – ⅓ cup chopped onion – 2 tsp chopped chive – ¼ tsp salt – ¼ tsp pepper – 2 oz. brie cheese


Preheat oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, mix ground turkey, egg, panko, onion, chives, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix ingredients well.


Step 1

Make golf ball-sized ground turkey meatballs and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Indent the meatballs and insert brie cubes. 


Step 2

To cover the brie, gently seal the meatball top with your fingers. Bake the meatballs for 20–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.


Step 3

Serve with pasta or vegetables as an appetizer or main course.
