Chocolate Whipped Cream Recipe

SERVINGS: 2 CUPS – 1 cup heavy whipping cream (240 ml) – ⅓ cup powdered sugar (40 grams) – 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder sifted (17 grams) – ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Ingredients 

Step 1

Keep in mind that you should freeze your mixing bowl and beaters for 5 to 10 minutes before you start. 

Step 2

Do not put the bowl and beaters back in the freezer until they are cold.

Step 3

Take the bowl and beaters out of the freezer after chilling. 

Step 4

Add heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or a large mixing bowl with a handheld mixer. 

Step 5

For 30–60 seconds, mix on medium-low speed. As the mixture grows, increase the speed to medium-high and mix until firm peaks form.
