Crispy Baked Potato Wedges Recipe


These baked potato wedges are crispy outside and soft inside. These make great dinner sides!


SERVINGS: 2 SERVINGS – 2 russet baking potatoe – 1 tbsp. cornstarch – 1 1/2 tbsp. oil – 1/2 tsp. salt – 1/2 tsp. garlic powder – 1/4 tsp. paprika – 1/8 tsp. pepper



Preheat oven to 450°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray.


Step 1

Clean, cut potatoes in half lengthwise, and wedge them. Make sure the wedges are the same size to cook evenly.


Step 2

Toss potato wedges with cornstarch in a large bowl. Coat potatoes evenly with olive oil and spices.


Step 3

On the prepared baking sheet, arrange the potato wedges without crowding. Bake 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.


Step 4

Take out of oven. Add salt if needed and serve.
