Crispy Chicken Fire Balls Recipe

Celebrate the amazing win with Crispy Chicken Fire Balls. The Sriracha sauce and crispy coating with creamy, spicy, meaty interiors are my favorites. Perfect game day snacks with blue cheese dip.

INGREDIENTS

3 cups shredded cooked chicken 2-3 Tablespoons Sriracha sauce (depending on how much heat you want) 4 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped green onions (I forgot these, and they were still great, but they add a nice flavor if you have them on hand) 3/4 cup flour 4 eggs, lightly beaten 3-4 cups coarsely crushed corn flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees. Using parchment paper, line a large baking sheet with the material.

Step 1

Combine the shredded chicken, sriracha sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onion in a large bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Form the mixture into round balls measuring 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

Step 3

Divide flour, eggs, and corn flakes among three shallow basins. Roll each ball in flour, egg, and corn flakes.

Step 4

After placing the corn flakes on the baking sheet that has been prepared, bake them for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.

Step 5

Immediately serve with a dipping sauce consisting of either blue cheese or ranch dressing.
