Dairy Free Chocolate Buttercream Recipe

Delicious chocolate buttercream that doesn't have any cheese in it at all!
INGREDIENTS
– 2 cups (or 4 sticks) Unsalted Dairy Free Butter Sticks , I used Earth Balance Unsalted Buttery Stick
– pinch of salt
– 1 Tablespoon vanilla
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 cup Plant Based Dairy Free Oat Creamer , I used Elmhurst
– 8-9 cups powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, whip the butter in the bowl until it's light and fluffy.
Step 1
Make sure to scrape the butter from the bottom of the bowl so that it also becomes lighter.
Step 2
The oat milk, salt, cocoa powder, and vanilla should all be added now.
Step 3
Make sure that everything is well mixed, and then slowly add the powdered sugar.
Step 4
Put the frosting on high speed and whip it until it gets lighter.
Step 5
In the event that you believe that it should be thinner, you can add more oat creamer to the mixture.
