Easy Quick Apple Turnover Recipe

When you want something delicious quickly, try these Quick Apple Turnovers. Delicious puff pastry apple turnovers, ready quickly and better than store-bought!  

– 2 tablespoon butter  – 8 medium apples  – 1 teaspoon cinnamon – 2 tablespoon brown sugar – 2 sheets puff pastry – 1 egg



After heating the butter in a medium-sized skillet, combine the apples, sugar, and cinnamon.


Cook for 10 minutes to absorb all the apple juice and cook the apples completely. Cool the filling for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 400℉.


Roll out each pastry sheet on a floured board and cut into four 5-by-5-inch pieces.


To create 8 turnovers, put ⅛ of the apple filling to each pastry. It can be folded into a triangle or rectangle. 


Use a fork to seal the pastry's edges after brushing them with egg. After giving the turnovers a quick egg wash, make a few incisions in each pastry.


Baking time should be approximately 15 to 20 minutes, or until the color is golden brown.
