– Vegetable– 1 White Onion– 0.5 Red Bell Pepper– 1 Cup Cabbage– 0.5 Cup Carrot– 1 Tablespoon Garlic– 1 Tablespoon Ginger– Sauce– 1 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce– 1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce– 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil– Optional Ingredient– 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce– 2 Tablespoons Oil Neutral Smelling– 0.5 Pound Ground Beef (200 g– 0.5 Pound Noodles (200 g)

Prepare Vegetables
Reserve all chopped vegetables.

Prepare Sauce
Mix light and dark soy, sesame oil, and chilli sauce in a bowl.

Stir Fry
Heat the wok or deep fryer on high. Add ground beef and fry until done. Colour should change from pink to brown. Keep aside.

Heat oil until almost smoking. Garlic and ginger should be stir-fried until slightly darker. Do not burn this stage. A few seconds!

Stir fry onions for 20 seconds.
Stir fry the remaining vegetables until dry and slightly browned.

Stir in beef and stir fry sauce. Add the noodles and stir-fry until coated and slightly crispy. Serve with green onions if desired.
