Healthy Black Bean And Corn Salsa Recipe

This is a stupidly simple and fresh recipe for Black Bean and Corn Salsa. Make this Black Bean Dip to go with grilled meats, tacos, and salads, or as an appetiser.


– 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed – 1 15 ounce can sweet corn, or about 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn – 1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes, drained – 1/2 a red onion, diced – 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, diced – Juice of 2 small lime – 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – Salt and Pepper, to taste


Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl using a stirring motion. 

Step 1

The seasoning should be adjusted to taste, and salt and pepper should be utilised. 

Step 2

It is strongly advised that salsa be cooled for at least half an hour before it is served, despite the fact that it can be served immediately after being prepared.

Step 3

 This is due to the fact that the salsa will develop a more robust flavour.
