Healthy Greek Pasta Salad With Feta Recipe

The Greek Pasta Salad is full of summer veggies, feta cheese, crab, and a tart Greek vinaigrette.

INGREDIENTS

For the salad: – 8 oz. rotini – 8 oz. imitation flake crab, chopped – 1 head broccoli, chopped into small floret – 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped – 1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped – 1 small zucchini, sliced – 1 small cucumber, sliced and halved – 4 oz. grape tomatoes, halved – 2 green onions, diced – 4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled

INGREDIENTS

For the dressing: – 1/2 cup olive oil – 1/2 cup red wine vinegar – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon oregano – 1 teaspoon dried basil – 3/4 teaspoon black pepper – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the pasta in salted water in accordance with the instructions provided on the package. When you want to halt the cooking process, drain and rinse with cold water.

Step 1

A big bowl should be used to combine the pasta, all of the vegetables, the crab, and the feta cheese. To combine, give it a toss.

Step 2

In a jar that can hold jelly or jam, combine all of the ingredients for the dressing.
