Healthy Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Recipe 

These delicious jalapeño popper grilled cheeses are spicy and dripping with creamy cheese on the interior. You ought to give one a try.  

– 6 jalapeno – 2 tablespoons olive oil – salt and pepper  – ½ cup mascarpone cheese – 8 slices bread – 1 cup cheddar cheese – 2 tablespoons butter



Parchment a baking sheet. Toss jalapeños with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place skin-side up on a baking sheet.   


Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the skin turns blistered. For roughly five minutes, place in a plastic bag to help release the skin.  


Slice after removing the skin, most seeds, and ribs. Set aside. Put mascarpone on 4 bread slices and cheddar on the other 4.  


Distribute the jalapeño slices among the four sandwiches. Shut the bread and spread butter on both sides.  


On a flat griddle, heat half of the remaining oil over medium heat. Toast the sandwiches till browned on one side.  


Once the first side is golden and the insides are melted and mushy, remove, reheat the remaining oil, and continue with the second side.
