Ingredients
Bake the food at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit, where the oven temperature should be set.
Prepare a bundt pan (I used a silicone one) by spraying it with cooking spray that is as light as possible, and then set it aside.
The flour, along with half a cup of sugar and salt, should be sifted together over a big bowl. Proceed with the process of filtering three times.
Put the egg whites in the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment. Beat on medium speed until the egg whites are foamy. Then, add the cream of tartar and vanilla bean seeds and mix again.
Mix at a medium-high speed until soft peaks appear. Add the rest of the sugar a few tablespoons at a time and beat until it's all mixed in.
Using a spoon, slowly and carefully fold in the flour mixture three times, making sure to turn the egg whites over each time until all of the flour is mixed in.
Put half of the batter into the pan that has been prepared. Then, spread the raspberries out evenly. Cover with the other half of the batter and use a spoon to level the top.
For 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cake is soft, bake the cake. After taking the cake out of the oven, let it cool for five minutes. Then, turn it over on a cooling rack and let it cool all the way down.
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together until they are well blended. The mixture should be smooth and glossy, with no lumps, and it should be thick but still pourable. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice if the mix is too thin.
Spread the batter over the cake that has already cooled. Wait 15 minutes so that the batter can settle. Serve and have fun!
