My new chocolate overnight oats dish is perfect for chocolate lovers! I have several chocolate overnight oat recipes on the blog, but I wanted to share a simple one.
– ½ cup rolled oat– ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk– 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder– 1 teaspoon chia seeds– 2 teaspoons maple syrup, more to taste if desired– pinch of salt– ½ teaspoon vanilla, optional
Ingredient
Mix oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt in a bowl or mason jar.

Stir well to combine. Seal the container with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.

Remove the jar from the fridge the next morning and stir.

Oats absorb a lot of liquid, so add more almond milk before serving.

Add chocolate chips and nut butter if desired and enjoy!
