Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies Recipe

Red velvet crinkle cookies are very easy to make with a red velvet cake mix. For Valentine's Day, these soft, chewy cookies are great!

INGREDIENT

– 1 box red velvet cake mix 15.25 ounce – 2 large egg – ⅓ cup vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – ⅓ cup confectioners’ sugar

INSTRUCTION

Preheat oven to 375°F. Put parchment paper on a pan.Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract in a stand mixer bowl with the paddle attachment or a large bowl with a hand mixer.

Step 1

 Put confectioners' sugar in a medium basin. Roll sticky dough balls in confectioners' sugar using a medium cookie scoop (1 ½ teaspoons). Roll dough into balls between hands.

Step 2

On prepared baking tray, place dough balls 2" apart. Bake for 7–9 minutes in preheated oven. Set bottoms, undercooked middles. Cool biscuits on pan for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
