Roasted Broccoli Recipes 

Still boiling broccoli? You're missing out. Roasted broccoli rules! The broccoli is crispy, soft, and excellent. I could eat a plate of delicious broccoli alone.  

– 1 large crown or 2 small crowns of broccoli, about 4 cups, washed and dried – 1 Tablespoon olive or avocado oil – 1 teaspoon sea salt – ½ teaspoon ground pepper – 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic, optional – ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional

 Preheat oven to 400°F.

Leave an inch or two of sturdy stalk on to broccoli florets before cutting them. Keep stalks for later.

Brush broccoli florets with oil in a big basin or on the baking sheet.

Put broccoli on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked and browned on top.

Serve immediately.

Keep leftovers in an airtight jar in the fridge for 3–4 days. Try not to freeze roasted broccoli.
