Simple Healthy Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread Recipe

– 3 very ripe bananas  – 3 egg – ½ cup brown sugar – ⅓ cup applesauce – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup whole wheat flour – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 tablespoon baking powder – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1 teaspoon cinnamon – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 cup chopped pecans or walnut – 1 tablespoon rolled oat – 1 tablespoon Turbinado sugar



Turn the oven on to 350°F. Grease and put aside a loaf pan. Coconut oil or frying spray are also options.


Combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and pecans in a sizable basin.


Make room for it. Put the bananas in a different large basin and mash them.
