Warm up some water in a pot. Turn the heat down to low or off to make sure the water isn't boiling or bubbling, and then use a skimmer to add the eggs.
After that, turn the heat back up to high and set a timer for 14 minutes. Set up a bath of ice water and wait while the eggs boil.
Then, put the egg whites on a plate and serve them.For the filling, put the egg whites, mustard, Sriracha, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
You can use a spoon to put some of the deviled egg mixture back into each egg white hole. Put some pepper and green onions on top to make it look nice.
