Springtime Avocado Toast With Radish, Chicken, And Peas Blanket

With radish, peas, and chicken on avocado toast, you can enjoy a beautiful, fresh, and easy spring recipe for any meal of the day.
INGREDIENTS
– 4 slices of bread of your choice, toasted (see note)
– 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
– 8 sugar snap peas, thinly sliced
– 2 radishes, thinly sliced
– 1/2 cup sliced or chopped chicken
– Kosher Salt
– Fresh ground black pepper
– Microgreens (optional)
– Good Quality Olive Oil
– Balsamic reduction
INSTRUCTIONS
Scoop the avocado into a bowl, and then use a fork to mash it in a ge
ntle manner.
Step 1
On top of each of the four toasts, uniformly distribute it. Use pepper a
nd salt to season the food.
Step 2
Radishes, chicken, and snap peas should be distributed on top of the avocado mash.
Step 3
To finish, season with salt and pepper once more. Put in
some microgreens if you want to.
Step 4
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar should be drizzled over the dish before it is served.
