That Good Salad Recipe 

Something about That Good Salad. This popular salad contains fresh greens, crunchy nuts and croutons, a vibrant garlic dressing, and bacon!


Salad: – 1 cup slivered almond – 8 strips bacon – 1 romaine lettuce head – 2 stalks curly kale, stems removed – 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese – 1 cup croutons, coarsely chopped Dressing: – 1/4 cup lemon juice – 2-3 big garlic cloves, minced – 3/4 cup olive oil – Salt and Pepper, to taste


Put the bacon in a cold pan and cook it until it's crispy. Put the bacon on a plate lined with paper towels to drain. Then, cut the bacon into small pieces.

Step 1

Toast the almond slices in a dry pan for a few minutes, stirring them around a lot, until they are lightly browned and smell good. Cool.

Step 2

Cut the romaine and kale into thin pieces. Cheeses, croutons, nuts, and bacon should all be mixed together in a bowl.

Step 3

Mix the garlic and lemon juice together in a small bowl. Slowly add the oil to the mixture while mixing all the time. 

Step 4

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve.
