– 4 large egg– salt and pepper– 2 tablespoons milk– 1 tablespoon butter– ¼ cup onion – ¼ cup green bell pepper– ¼ cup ham – ½ cup cheddar cheese

Whisk egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until mixed. Add butter to a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Melt and coat pan bottom. Put diced onion and green bell pepper in the pan. Stir intermittently until softened, 3–4 minutes.

Add diced ham and simmer for 2 minutes. Place cooked ham and veggies on a platter.

Slow the heat to medium-low and add the whisked egg mixture to the skillet. Once the eggs start to set, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the surface
