Quick Sheet Pan Pancakes Recipe

Spread the love

Quick Sheet Pan Pancakes Recipe :-When it comes to preparing food for a large party, I am a huge fan of a stack of fluffy pancakes that is perfect for a single serving. It is a time-consuming process to flip fifty pancakes, especially if you do not have a large griddle. When it comes to creating pancakes for a family brunch, sheet pan pancakes are a lifesaver.

However, my formula for producing sheet pan pancakes from mix goes one step further and eliminates the need to make a batter from scratch. The only thing you need is your preferred blend, and you will be good to go!

Ingredients :

  • 1 16 oz box pancake mix about 450g or 3 cups
  • 1 + ¼ cup water or milk
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs

Toppings

  • Berries
  • Banana
  • Chocolate chips
  • Jam

Instructions :

  • Prepare a shallow walled baking tray of standard size and oil it. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Put the pancake mix, water, yogurt, and eggs into a large mixing basin and mix them together. Mix thoroughly until there are no lumps.
  • It is important to note that regardless of the directions that are printed on the box of pancake mix, you just need to follow the instructions that are stated HERE (this rule applies to all pancake mixes).
  • Once the pancake mixture has been poured into the baking tray that has been buttered, use a spatula to spread it out into a uniform layer. To make sure that everyone is satisfied, I prefer to construct portions of different toppings and then top with the toppings that they like.
  • It is recommended that you bake the pancake for approximately fifteen minutes, or until the surface of the pancake starts to turn brown and a toothpick that is pushed into the middle of the pancake appears clean.
  • Slicing it into fifteen pieces of equal size, topping it with butter and maple syrup, and then enjoying it!

Notes :

  • You might need to add a little bit extra milk to your pancake mix, depending on how it turns out. Although it should be thick, the batter should be able to be spread out easily in the baking tray.
  • You may need to add one to two tablespoons of more milk if your batter is too thick.
  • If you are interested, I have provided a rough estimate of the nutritional information for this recipe below.
  • On the other hand, it is important to keep in mind that a recipe is about so much more than simply the nutritional content, and that these figures do not have to determine the foods that you choose to eat.
  • Remember that your body and your soul also require nourishment, and please don’t forget that! It is not the responsibility of the owner of this website to provide this estimation.
