Avocado Deviled Eggs Recipe For Easter Day 2024

Hard-boiled eggs, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice are mixed together to make avocado deviled eggs. 

Ingredients

– ▢6 hard-boiled egg – ▢1 avocado, peeled and pitted – ▢1 lime, juiced – ▢2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped – ▢2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped – ▢1 tsp garlic powder – ▢salt and pepper, to taste

Separate the hard-boiled eggs into halves and add the yellow egg white to a bowl.

Present the hard-boiled egg white halves on a dish.Add lime juice, red onion, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the egg whites bowl.

Mix everything together with a fork until it's smooth and creamy. Pick up some of the mixture with a spoon and add it back into the egg white halves.

You could also use a sewing bag to pipe the avocado egg mixture into the egg white halves instead.

Add some additional chopped cilantro and red onion to the top, then serve and enjoy!
