Delicious Egg Salad Recipe

The best and easiest egg salad recipe utilizes diced boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and green onions for color and crunch. It's great in sandwiches and picnics! Delicious on rye.

INGREDIENTS

– 8 large egg – ½ cup mayonnaise – ¼ cup chopped green onion – 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard – ¼ teaspoon paprika – salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

The eggs should be placed in a saucepan and then covered with ice water. 

Step 1

First, bring the water to a boil, and then remove it from the heat immediately. 

Step 2

Cover the eggs and let them to sit in the boiling water for ten to twelve minutes. Take out of the hot water, allow it cool, then peel and chop.

Step 3

Eggs should be diced and placed in a bowl. Mayonnaise, green onion, and mustard should be stirred in. 

Step 4

Paprika, salt, and pepper should be used as seasonings. 

Step 5

 After stirring, serve the mixture on the bread, crackers, or salad greens of your choice.
