– 1 pound ground beef– 1 medium yellow bell pepper – 1 medium green bell pepper – 2 large tomatoes – 1 large onion – 4 cloves garlic– 1 tablespoon paprika– 1 teaspoon salt– 1 teaspoon pepper– 1 teaspoon red pepper flake– 1 teaspoon cumin– 1 handful parsley

Combine the milk, sugar, and yeast and whisk until the mixture foams. Fill the mixer bowl with the flour and salt.

To quickly combine everything, use the dough hook on low speed. Once the yeast mixture has been added, stir on low speed until a loose ball starts to form.

Up the speed and knead the dough until it becomes elastic and soft. After putting on a fresh kitchen towel, let it to rise until it doubles in size.

Process everything except the meat in a food processor until pureed. Pour the mixture over ground meat and stir with a spoon or hands.

Pre-heat the oven to 550℉ or the highest setting possible. Prepare baking sheets with parchment. Punch down and divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.

Roll out to 12" diameter and 2mm thick. Put dough on baking sheets. Cover the dough with ⅛ of the meat mixture, leaving a ½" border around the borders.

Bake the baking sheet for 5-7 minutes until the edges golden. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Sprinkle lemon juice over and serve warm. If desired, add shredded lettuce, tomatoes, parsley, and feta.
