Cream Cheese Filled Banana Cake is moist, tasty, and your new favorite dessert. Its easy cream cheese filling and excellent cream cheese icing make this banana cake delicious!

– 3 large bananas  – 1½ cups buttermilk – ⅓ cup vegetable oil – 3 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ½ cup sugar  – ½ cup brown sugar – 3 cups all-purpose flour – ¼ teaspoon salt – 2 teaspoon baking soda – 2 teaspoon baking powder

Cooking spray a bundt cake pan well and leave aside. Mash ripe bananas in a medium basin with a fork or potato masher.

Include buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar. Combine with whisk. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Add flour to wet ingredients in bowl. Mix well with a spatula. Do not overmix. Whisk all cream cheese filling ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth.

To further soften the cream cheese and make it simpler to whisk everything by hand, I usually like to use a spatula.

As an alternative, you might combine everything using a hand mixer. Half of the cake batter should be added to the ready bundt pan.

Spoon or pour cream cheese filling evenly over cake batter, then pour remaining batter over it. Lightly spatula the top.

Bake the bundt pan on the middle rack for 40–60 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Make the cream cheese icing while the cake bakes. Whisk cream cheese and butter in a bowl until smooth. Whisk in the remaining ingredients until smooth.

Keep adding tbsps of milk till you get the right consistency. For this cake, thicker is better. Let the cake cool in the bundt pan for 5 minutes after baking.

Flip the cake onto a cake tray after knife-checking the sides. The cake must cool thoroughly before frosting.
