Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies With Chocolate Chips Recipe

These soft and chewy Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Chips are peanut butter triple-threat! This peanut butter cookie is your new favorite for fall or Halloween.

INGREDIENTS

– 3 cups all purpose flour – 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda – 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt – 1 stick unsalted butter, softened – 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter – 1 cup light brown sugar – 3/4 cup white sugar – 2 large egg – 1 Tablespoon milk – 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract – 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chip – 3/4 cup peanut butter chip – 1 cup Reese piece

INSTRUCTIONS

Warm the oven up to 350 degrees. Put parchment paper on two large baking sheets. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk. Put away.

Step 1

Butter and peanut butter should be mixed in a different bowl until they are light and creamy. Beat in the sugars until everything is well mixed.

Step 2

One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one. If necessary, scrape down the sides of the bowl. Beat in the vanilla and milk until everything is well mixed.

Step 3

Add the flour mixture and stir just until it's mixed. Add all three chips and beat on low speed until everything is just mixed.

Step 4

Drop cookies onto the ready cookie sheets by the rounded tablespoonful, leaving an inch of space between each one.

Step 5

Make the cookies about 1/4 inch thick. Put any extra chips that fell to the bottom of the bowl on top of the cookies.

Step 6

Bake until the outside is set, 10–12 minutes. Not brown on these cookies. Golden sides indicate completion. After removing, leave the middles on the hot baking sheet for a few minutes.

Step 7

I always bake them a little less than I think they need to be so they stay nice and soft. These stay good for a few days in a container that keeps air out.
