Place the rice in a saucepan and add 2 cups of water and a large pinch of salt.

Step 1

Once the mixture starts to boil, lower the heat, cover, and let it cook for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the rice is soft and the water is gone. Take it off the heat and set it aside.

Step 2

Mix the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. Throw it in with the tuna.

Step 3

Put the tuna in a pan and cook it for two to three minutes over medium-high heat. Take it off the heat.

Step 4

Mix the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and Sriracha in a different small bowl using a whisk.

Step 5

Put some rice in each of the two bowls to make the bowls. Avocado, cucumber pieces, and tuna should be put on top.

Step 6

Add toasted sesame seeds and green onions on top. If you want, you can serve it with pickled ginger and hot mayo.
